Jeff & Ally were such a sweet couple to work with. Despite the crummy weather, their day was beautiful and turned out fabulously. Obviously, winter weddings are not of great popularity in the state of Wisconsin. Yet, what a shame. It’s soft, romantic, cozy and a nice change of pace from our normal winter routines. Paul and Emily had such a great wedding. Family members had given up so much of their time to create a fabulous space, and they succeeded with flying colors. The Christmas lights made the setting so beautiful and magnified the feeling in the room. Thank you to you both for taking us into your day. Enjoy your previews!!!!
This weekend was a disappointment weather wise as we had to cancel a good amount of sessions. That, however, ended up working in our favor last night as I did an engagement session near Holy Hill. The sun was warm, it wasn’t too cold, and we found some colorful trees (even if we did have to hunt around for them).
Chris and Ellen are such a great couple who are so easy to be around. Their affection and true care for each other is such a wonderful thing to see. Thanks for laughing, joking and getting to know me as we walked through the fall colors and enjoyed the evening together. ENJOY!
Joe and Megan had such a fun and elegant wedding at the Wisconsin Club. The day had some fun surprises from hilarious speeches, a groomsman sharing his crazy tattoo, to a bagpipe player. The days details, surprises and weather did not disappoint. It made for amazing opportunities and for an even more amazing result. Congrats to you both on your new life together!
Last weekend we had such a great time capturing Matt and Kim’s Wedding! They were such a fun and easy going couple to spend the day with. The weather during their outdoor photos was… well, Wisconsin weather in September. Unpredictable! It was sunny, then cloudy, windy, rainy, and it even started hailing at one point!
